Join us for a Sparkling Mirabelle dinner this March!

We are very excited to be welcoming the House of Veuve Clicquot Champagne for the first gourmet dinner of 2017 in our award-winning Mirabelle Restaurant.

Join us on Wednesday 1st March where the four-course Champagne dinner will start our season of speciality Mirabelle gourmet dinners in style, with specially selected Champagnes from the House of Veuve Clicquot to accompany each course.

You will be greeted with Mirabelle canapes and a glass of Veuve Clicquot, Brut NV, before sitting down to dinner in our stunning Mirabelle Restaurant to enjoy the exclusive menu created by our head chef, Gerald Roser.

The menu will start with poached duck egg, cauliflower and cumin veloute, cured duck breast, pickled cauliflower and cep powder, paired with a Veuve Clicquot Brut NV.  This will be followed by smoked salmon tartare with oyster cream, red pepper vinaigrette and horseradish mayonnaise, accompanied by a Veuve Clicquot Rose NV; and pan fried gurnard and langoustine with ratatouille compote, parsley crumble and black olive tapenade with Veuve Clicquot's 2008 Vintage.

To finish the evening, you will enjoy a seasonal dessert of sugar-baked Champagne rhubarb, rhubarb sorbet flavoured and pomegranate, vanilla meringue and Champagne sabayon, served with Veuve Clicquot Demi Sec followed by coffee and petits fours.

Tickets are just £75 per person and tables can be booked for four, six or eight (parties of two will be seated at shared tables of eight) so there really is no excuse to miss out on this sparkling evening!

Our Mirabelle gourmet dinners will be taking place throughout the year including an 'Au bord de la Mer' dinner on Wednesday 17th May, a creative organic vegetables dinner on Wednesday 12th July, a Seaside Lunch on Wednesday 2nd August and an 'Autumn in Britain' seasonal dinner on Wednesday 1st November.
