'Lindsay was very efficient and helpful with all our requirements and all our questions were answered efficiently. Claire Funnell took over from Lindsay and she handled everything very well and like Lindsay she came back with all the answers very quickly. On the day The Event Manager was most helpful as we had to rearrange the table plans due to a number of our members being unable to make it. The young Duty Manager who was on duty during the evening was very attentive and ensured we were all being looked after well and I guess did not get to bed very early! All our members commented on how polite and pleasant all the hotel staff were, so a BIG thank you to you all from The Paviers' Society.'
