'We enjoyed a fabulous weekend at the Grand and could not have been cared for any better by you and the whole team.  You all delivered above expectation and we felt superbly welcomed and served.  From being greeted by the Bentley signs and Chris in the parking area that had been saved for us to his waving us off two days later, we experienced a true 'Grand Hotel experience with many saying that they intended returning another time.  Collectively you gave us the finale to last year's tpur that we had been hoping for.

'Overall what stood out for me was the customer service and attention to detail that the Grand provided over and above other venues we have used for this type of event in the past.  Everyone I dealt with from my initial contact with the hotel right through to the moment I left the hotel after the event was an absolute pleasure and nothing was too much trouble.  We were treated with the utmost respect and it felt like our business was genuinely welcomed.  We wouldn't hesitate to use this venue or any of the other hotel in the Elite Group again'..... 'Lindsay was very efficient and helpful with all our requirements and all our questions were answered efficiently. Claire Funnell took over from Lindsay and she handled everything very well and like Lindsay she came back with all the answers very quickly. On the day The Event Manager was most helpful as we had to rearrange the table plans due to a number of our members being unable to make it. The young Duty Manager who was on duty during the evening was very attentive and ensured we were all being looked after well and I guess did not get to bed very early! All our members commented on how polite and pleasant all the hotel staff were, so a BIG thank you to you all from The Paviers' Society.'
