'A massive thank you for everything you did to make our day on Saturday so absolutely perfect. Literally, not a single thing went wrong, or didn't happen and we were both utterly overwhelmed at the beautiful suite you arranged for our wedding night. I cannot tell you how incredibly touched we were at such thoughtfullness. The staff at the Grand are it's greatest asset, and we are so delighted that we have been able to experience your hospitality and professionalism for ourselves. You have some delightful colleagues to work with, your teamwork is superb and we will certainly be back. We did not have a huge amount of time to pull all this together but we know our guests as well as ourselves thought it one of the most perfect weddings we have been to. For Simon and I, it was absolutely perfect'.....

' A Huge thank you to everyone who made the day so special. The waiting staff were courteous and friendly, the meal was delicious as were the canapes and the evening buffet. There wasn't a moment when I thought 'it could have been better'. It was the best wedding ever and we didn't want the day to end!.... 'The sun shone, the sky was blue and The Grand Hotel was indeed a magnificent venue! The food was delicious but what really made the day so special were ALL the wonderful staff.... nothing was too much trouble.
