It is with great excitement and much anticipation that we welcome back our loyal Grand friend Chef Cyrus Todiwala, for our Mirabelle Spice Evening.
2018 will be the 6th time this wonderful ‘celebrity’ chef has agreed to join us in the Mirabelle kitchens and this year will be his first time teaming up with Chef Malvoisin. Beetroot & Coconut Russum with Cockles & Langoustine
A typical soup of Kerala, puréed beet lentils & coconut milk, flavoured with cracked mustard seeds & curry leaves, with fritters of cockles & langoustine. Served with small steamed rice & lentil cakes.
Polichattu of Seabass / Dahl Bhaat
Sea Bass marinated in red masala, stuffed with pickled cuttlefish &
Brown shrimps, wrapped in banana leaf & steamed. Cold yoghurt rice.
Duck Sausage / Keralan Crab & Potato Cake
Light green Keralan coconut curry topped with crab & potato cake, topped with chargrilled Goosnargh duck sausage
