Every year the expectation to see out the year with a bang gets higher and higher, but there's no need to panic; we have everything you need to guarantee you and your guests an evening that truly exceeds all those expectations.
This year, we have not one but two ways to spend New Year's Eve with us so you really are spoilt for choice!
Devonshire Gala Dinner and Dance
From 7pm you are invited to a Champagne reception followed by a magnificent four-course Gala Dinner in our opulent Devonshire Ballroom, with music from the Famous Five Band. Our specially created set menu includes a duet of salmon gravadlax and dressed crab with lamb's lettuce and creamed dill mayonnaise, followed by medallion of roast beef fillet teriyaki with spring onion potato galette, vegetable medley and a shallot jus, finished with a dark, milk and white Belgian chocolate medley.
Tickets to the dinner and dance only are £150 per person or can be booked as an overnight accommodation package from £255 per person.
Mirabelle Vintage New Year Celebration
Alternatively, our very own fine-dining restaurant The Mirabelle will be hosting a black-tie, vintage Champagne reception, followed by a five-course feast including pressed free range guinea fowl breast, mushroom and baby leeks with a champagne dressing; roast herb-marinated loin of Sussex marsh lamb with bordelaise sauce, vegetable tatin and chateau potato; and Mirabelle plum souffle, praline macaron with pistachio creme Anglaise. You and your guests will then have the choice of continuing the evening with dancing in either the Garden Restaurant or the Devonshire Ballroom.
Tickets are £195 for the dinner and dancing, or from £310 per person including accommodation.
Both our New Year's Eve accommodation packages include the evening's dining, entertainment, accommodation on 31 December and a relaxing brunch before departure on 1st January with prices based on two people sharing a Deluxe Inland Room.
