The Mirabelle is open and offering a delicious seasonal lunch menu daily.  Tables of 2 - 8 are available to book.

Smoked Salmon, Avocado and Quails Egg Salad, Vintage Balsamic dressing

Veloute of Leek and Saffron fried Julienne of Leeks and 'Chevre' Beignet (v)

Pike Mousseline Souffle, Nantua sauce and Filo Langoustine Tart (£4.50 supplement)
Roast Free Range Turkey Breast, Christmas Crumble topping and Chestnut seasoning, Herb roasted Vegetables

Chargrilled Aubergine Rolls gratinated with Parmesan style Cheese, Vine Tomatoes and Basil (v)

Rump of Marsh Lamb, Tapenade crust, Potato and Rosemary Tortilla, Dry Sherry jus

Fillet of Loch Duart Salmon, lightly curried Coconut and Kaffir Lime Leaf sauce, Aromatic Risotto
