The Mirabelle is open and offering a delicious seasonal lunch menu daily.  Tables of 2 - 8 are available to book.

Rosti Potatoes with Black Pudding and Sussex Crumble Cheese,  Apple Compote
and Moutarde de Meaux sauce

Green Kohlrabi Veloute, truffle and Parmesan croutons (v)

Salad of Salt Cod Scotch Egg, Tomato sauce, ARtichoke and Black Olives

A Pressing of Confit Duck and local Game, Port marinated Figs, Walnut Pesto and Brioche toast

Pike Mousseline Souffle, Nantua sauce and Filo Langoustine Tart (£4.50 supplement)
Roast Turket Breast with Christmas Crumble topping and Chestnut seasoning

Loch Duart Salmon, Brown Shrimp risotto and deep fried Popcorn Mussels

Rump of Marsh Lamb, Tapenade crust, Potato and Rosemary Tortilla, Dry Sherry jus

Gratin of Chargrilled Aubergine Rolls filled with mixed Peppers and Courgettes

Chargrilled Buccleuch Scottish Beef Fillet, Rosti Potato, Tete de Moine, Cepes and Madeira jus offered as either:  Minute Steak (£10.00 supplement)
