From 1st - 23rd December (Tuesday - Saturday inclusive) The Mirabelle Restaurant, under the guidance of Chef Gerald Roser, will be serving up a delicious menu with a festive theme.  Perfect as a thank you to the office, or a pre Christmas present for a loved one!


Cauliflower Panna Cotta, Citrus Salmon Tartare and Herb Scones

Smoked Duck Breast, slow cooked Duck Egg, Five Spice Popcorn, Beetroot and Watercress Salad

Cream of Celeriac Velouté and Walnut Froth (v)

Homemade Venison Sausage, Coconut slaw, Chilli Jam and Crispy sweet Potatoes

Fillet of Black Sea Bream, Smoked Aubergine Caviar, Confit Potatoes,

Roast Sherry marinated Turkey Breast, Cranberry & Chestnut Tatin,

Gloucester‘Old Spot’ Pork fillet, Black Pudding Fritter, Pig Ear Schnitzel,
