Chef Gerald Roser has used his culinary knowledge and German background putting together this super WinterFest menu.  With Riesling wines to accompany, this evening promises to be a great start to the festive season:


Mirabelle Canapes

'Schwarzwalder Schinken'
(Cured and pine smoked Black Forest Ham served with Rye Bread and Kirshwasser)
Clear Oxtail Consomme with Marrowbone Dumplings
Pike Quenelles, roasted Hazelnut Rice, small mixed leaf salad
Roast marinated Haunch of Venison, Juniper cream sauce, 'Spazle' (homemade noodles), Wild Mushrooms and roasted root Vegetables
Poached Pear filled with sweet Chestnut and Vanilla puree, Apricot sauce

Pre dinner drinks are served from 7.00pm in the Mirabelle Lounge followed by dinner in the Mirabelle Restaurant.

Guests will be seated at tables of 8.  Jackets and collered shirts are preferred for gentlemen, please no T shirts or sportswear.
