If you prefer a live band for your night out why not join us for a Gala evening of fine dining and dancing to our resident band until 11.30pm.  The Garden Restaurant, decorated in tasteful festive theme will set the scene for this marvellous evening.


Warm Salmon and Crab Mousseline, Shellfish cream sauce

Dry cured Prosciutto salad, Roquette, Tomato, Artichoke and Buffalo Mozzarella

Lightly truffled cream of fresh Leek and Celeriac soup
Traditional roast Breast of Turkey with Chestnut stuffing, Potato and Bacon Rosti, Roast jus, Bread sauce and a fresh Cranberry compote

Aged 'Buccleuch' Scottish Beef Sirloin Minute Steak, Vine Cherry Tomatoes, Garlic buttered Mushrooms, Bearnaise sauce

For just £10.00 per person extra why not add a half bottle of selected wine to accompany your meal.

Make a night of it from just £60.00 per person and stay in a beautiful room or suite.  Breakfast is also included. (based on 2 adults sharing a deluxe bedroom)

A deposit of £10.00 per person is required at the time of booking with final balance no later than the 15th November.  Tickets are non refundable or transferable.
