WHEN WE EMERGE FROM HIBERNATION..... From 17th May

Whether staying with us as a hotel guest or just looking for a great choice when eating out in Eastbourne, here you can enjoy a menu based around traditional British favourites created with a modern twist. The menus (examples of which can be found at the top of this page) are often inspired by what our chefs source locally, including fresh fish and the best produce that the surrounding Sussex farms have to offer.

The Garden Restaurant is home to breakfast, lunch and dinner and there’s always a lively buzz of conversation and a generous wine list to boot.

Across the Great Hall from the Garden Restaurant, you’ll find the Cocktail Bar and lounge, where you can enjoy a pre-dinner drink and peruse the menu of whichever restaurant you chose to visit.
